Yesterday morning whatever look I gave my bedside cabinet it looked directly back at me.
Two big liquid appealing brown eyes looking like either Munch’s The Scream or Spielbergs ET stared into my eyes.
Now I have been living with this particular piece of furniture for about ten years and this is the very first time I saw this
Wierd.

on July 30, 2010If you decide to see the lightly shadowed lower part of the “face” as a wide open, laughing mouth it’s actually a very cheerful and cheering view to wake up to.
PS, I made another batch of your jam with some of the last strawberries and rhubarb available. It has a slightly firmer texture and goes down a treat with everyone who tries it. Even I had some tihs morning (it’s lovely on ryevita or other crispy bread). Great stuff!

Jill your suggestion is a good one. A little tweaking and I reckon I could produce something like the Turin Shroud. (Even though the Thezan Bedside Locker doesn’t have the same ring somehow)
