Summer Fruit Salad
The most important thing for this dish is that all the fruit be ripe,sweet,and ready to eat.
4 Peaches or Nectarines
1 Punnet of Strawberries
Half Carton of Mango Juice
Slice all the fruit into quite large pieces.
(Don't bother peeling them unless you want to)
Put these into a bowl and pour over the mango juice ( it should cover them)
Leave them for 4 or 5 hours to marinade.
Serve in glasses with some plain Greek Yoghurt or Fromage Frais.
(Also excellent for Breakfast) .
