Hamburger for One

4 oz mince
1/4 small onion chopped finely
1 tablespoon water
Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix the mince, onion, water, salt and pepper together with your hands and form into a ball then flatten into a pattie shape 1/2″ thick.
Heat the olive oil on the pan until very hot, cook the burger on one side for 3 mins until brown then turn over, cook for 3 mins on the other side (longer if you like well done)
Serve in a bun with cheese, pickles, salad or even a fried egg on top.
