Danish Caviar Dip

1 8oz. Carton of Fromage Frais
1 small onion
1 small jar of Lumpfish Roe
Juice of half a lemon
Plenty of freshly ground black pepper

Grate the onion finely.
Mix the onion, the lemon and the pepper well into the Fromage Frais.
Fold the Lumpfish Roe very gently into the mixture.
This is delicious dipped with fresh French bread.
