Fromage Frais Dressing

(Low Fat)

1 tub (8 oz.) Fromage Frais
Generous Grating Black Pepper
1 tbs. Honey
2 tsps. Grain Mustard.

Fromage Frais as its own built in lactic vinegar so it doesn’t need the addition of any more.

To make it simply whisk the ingredients together.

Use it with any combination of lettuce leaves.
Use it in place of butter in sandwiches.

This makes an excellent alternative to Mayonnaise with fish.
Try it on a baked Potato or with some chopped chives on some mushrooms which you have fried in a minimum of oil.
