Couscous with Chicken

Sunflower oil
1 breast Chicken
2 scallions
1 tbs Vinegar
1 tbs Honey
1 tbs Soy sauce

4 oz Couscous
4 oz. Water

Put a tablespoon of Sunflower oil into a pan and let it get hot.
Cut the chicken into strips and fry in the oil until brown.
Cut the scallion in pieces and fry with the chicken.
Add the vinegar, honey and soy, turn down the heat and simmer for
5 mts.
Measure the water and bring to boil.
Pour over Couscous.
Toss with a fork to fluff it up and season with salt and pepper.
Put onto plate and spoon over chicken and pan juices.
