Mushrooms Stroganoff

1 medium Onion
1 Large Clove Garlic
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
450g (1 lb.) Mushrooms (use some different varities if you can)
60g (2 oz.) Butter
Salt and Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1x 140g Tub Sour cream

Chop the onions and garlic finely and cook gently in the oil a large pan until these are soft.

Slice the mushrooms and add these with the butter to the pan.
Fry these for about five minutes until the mushrooms are soft.
Season with the salt pepper and paprika.

Add the sour cream to the pan, bring it to a boil and simmer for about another five minutes.

These can be served as a course on their own suitable for vegetarians with rice or as a sauce with steak.
