Tuna and Fennel Dip

1 tin Tuna (150g approx)
1 teaspoon fennel Seeds
2 teaspoons Tomato Puree
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Liquidize all the ingredients together (or Mash in a pestle and mortar)
Thin down with extra mayonnaise to make a dip.
