I took this shot of the mountains to the west of Thezan from the cimetière last Thursday as night was falling.
I am still not sure which mountains are which, these could be Les Espinouse as I said, or the Montagnes Noirs, or the begining of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Cevennes or (most likely) a bit of all three.

on November 1, 2008I agree that they should but not in this case, they show the mountains to the west of the town but don’t name them.

on March 16, 2009From the direction of the brightest light, I suspect that you are really looking northwest here, & that therefore the mountains really are the Espinouse. The high massif in the center look like Mount Caroux.
