You have to live somewhere all year around to be able to get some idea of its micro climate.
Our two weeks in March were interesting, the nights were quite chilly, much like Ireland, but once the sun came out the change in temperature was dramatic.
It was usually around the mid twenties on the terrace at midday meaning that we could enjoy lunch al fresco.

on March 30, 2009There is a mussel fextival here on the May weekend and they are looking for chefs to compete for the professional category. If you would like to come up and stay a couple of nights we’d love to see you both. It would be a fun more that pressure event! By the way we’re in France from July 4-25 and want to vist Cacasonne – hopefully might see you there?? Let us know if you’re going to be open and if we can book in.
Hope all is well and that grandparenthood is treating you favourably
