We took a batch of glasses out of a display case and -hiding the decanters with pieces of bark- set up the crib (adding as many animals as we could find in difiance of Benedict) it has a strangely theatrical air.

Snap! We have the same set of wooden crib figures, about to make their annual appearance for the nth year! Instead of bark, we use a broken flower pot to frame them . . . . I’ll send a photo when it’s in place.
