Carottes Primeurs

Thyis week in La Ferme Biterroise they have the first of the new seasons carrots.
Now these are a little rough and irregular looking but glazed in Vichy style with sugar, butter and water they are completely wonderful.

    We were staying with Martin and we got to eat a version of these very carrots.
    I don’t like carrots and I thought they were delicious.
