Tom Ryan, a long lost first cousin of Síle’s, has found us via my blog and has sent some pictures of Síle’s mother (also Síle) with her sisters Emer and Úna (his mother)

This must have been taken sometime in 1919 or 1920 and is of Emer, Úna and Síle.

This was certainly taken in Kerry (Kells Bay ? Derrynane ?) and shows Síle, Emer and Úna in their thirties taken in the early fifties.

It is happenstances like this which justify all the blogs and the internet .
