I just happened to come across your website tonight on the wlr website. I’m from Waterford now living in Lusk in Dublin not far from Skerries where I see you were yesterday! I just wanted to say thank you for printing your recipes, I’ve bookmarked the page and I’ll definately try out the brown bread ice cream recipe as it’s one of my favourites!
I’ve also had a laugh from some of your stories especially the one titled ‘True story’.
