1 head Celariac
2 tbs Sunflower Oil
1 8oz. jar Tomato Passata or a tin chopped tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Peel the celeriac and cut into chip sized pieces.
Fry these gently in a large pan in the oil until soft.
Add in the passata and bring to the boil.
Season with salt and Black Pepper and serve sprinkled with Basil.
