1 Pork Steak
1 Tablespoon Sesame or Olive Oil
1 Thumb Root Ginger
2 plump cloves Garlic
2 Scallions
2 heads Pak Choy
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons of water with
1 teaspoon of cornflour disolved in it
Trim the pork steak and cut it down in slices and then again into strips.
Slice the onion and the pak choy into strips.
Peel and finely chop the ginger and the garlic.
In a large pan or wok heat the oil until very hot.
Fry the pork strips in this until they start to brown.
Now add the chopped garlic and ginger and continue frying and stirring until they colour.
Now add the scallions and the pak choy and again continue stirring and frying until they soften and wilt.
Now add the soy, vinegar and corrflour water to the pan and bring to a quick boil.
Boil for just a minute or two and serve.
