Cranberry and Greenpeppercorn Jelly

1 lb. Cranberries
1 lb. Sureset Sugar
1 tbs. Greenpeppercorns

Put the cranberries and the sugar into a pot on a moderate heat until the sugar melts.
Increase the heat and bring to a rolling boil.
Boil for exactly 4 mts. then strain into a bowl.
Push as much of the mixture through the sieve as possible.
Rinse the peppercorns under running water in a sieve and shake dry.
Stir these into the cranberry mixture and leave to set.
It may be necessary to stir the peppercorns back into the mixture after it has set if they have settled on the top.
