Cranberry and Orange Jelly

This makes a delicious alternative to breakfast marmalade if you are lucky enough to be left with some Cranberries after Christmas.

1 lb. Cranberries
1 lb. Sureset sugar
Grated zest and juice of a large Orange

Put the Cranberries, orange juice and zest into a pot with the sugar and heat gradually to a boil.
Boil together for 3 mts exactly.
Push through a sieve.
Pot in the usual way.
