Garlic Croutons

1 French Loaf
2 Peeled Garlic Cloves
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (best you can buy)
Set your oven to its lowest setting.
Cut the loaf into half inch slices.
Spread the slices out on a large baking tray and put into the oven.
Leave there until they are dry and crisp (about half an hour)
Rub the cut cloves of Garlic over each one
While still on the tray dribble over the olive oil.
Serve warm with pre dinner drinks or as dippers or with freshly sliced tomatoes or Aubergine Caviar.
