The Crib

We took a batch of glasses out of a display case and -hiding the decanters with pieces of bark- set up the crib (adding as many animals as we could find in difiance of Benedict) it has a strangely theatrical air.

At the Marché de Noel in Capestang this December I notice that they are offering “Baptemes gratuits a dos de dromadaire” This conjures up a wonderful picture of holy waterfonts, babies, godparents and priests balancing on a camels back.
Sadly it just means that your first ride is free.
